What this teen learned while creating a film about Acadia

Imagine being a high school student, assigned a project that leads you to spend the better part of a year in Acadia National Park. Now, imagine that project becomes a stunning time lapse move that shows Acadia moving through the season and you give a TEDx talk about it.

That’s what Will Greene, a 19 year old photographer from Bar Harbor, did. He’s a 2015 graduate of Mount Desert Island High School who’s now in college.

“It’s not just that [time lapse photography] takes a lot of time; it takes a lot of time being present,” said Greene.
